Don’t Argue With People On Social Media

Every classroom had a kid that ate tooth paste.

That’s probably who you’re arguing with… 😒

For the record, I never ate toothpaste.

But I did learn one very good lesson from an expert debater.

Never debate for the sake of turning your opponent’s mind in your direction. That’s foolish.

Someone already vested in his own beliefs will never instantly turn from them even if proven wrong, more so if exposed as erroneous in public.

Rather, such people make every attempt to save face. 🤡

Why debate then?

👉 “Do it for the 80 percent of people who need to hear the 10 percent of the population on one side present their point against the opposite 10 percent of the population.

“When you debate, do it for the sake of the public, not for your opponent.”

Put another way, in social media, go ahead and debate the kid who ate toothpaste.

But do so for the sake of explaining to the classroom that diarrhea is not worth the minty flavor.
