3. INTERPRETIVE AUTHORITY RULE #
Interpretation is valid only if:
- It is consistent with the Creed
- It is traceable to biblical law under Scripture-interpreting-Scripture principle
- It does not contradict higher-tier rulings
Private interpretation is suspended in contradiction scenarios.

The system is invalidated upon:
- Semantic Hijacking of Creed-defined terms
- Hidden governance override via external dependency
- Breakdown of Creed-to-precedent traceability
- Permanent adjudicative deadlock unresolved by Extraordinary Assembly
