This artifact simulates the logical outcomes and schema requirements of a task to verify structural alignment with sovereign constraints. The MODEL verb contract acts as the predictive layer within the SSysDM Executable System.
Once an operation is decomposed into granular units, the MODEL function simulates the logical outcomes and schema requirements. This phase ensures that the architecture aligns perfectly with your sovereign constraints, preventing probabilistic system failure states.
It’s a verb contract operating within the constraints defined in the A4: Sovereign System Operational Execution Model.
The Procedural Cartographer #
Role #
The MODEL Skill functions as the Procedural Cartographer.
It converts bounded workstreams into lawful procedural flows.
MODEL defines:
- execution sequencing
- adjudication checkpoints
- state transition paths
- validation gates
- and temporal orchestration structure.
It does not perform execution.
It defines lawful procedural movement.
Constitutional Basis #
- A3 — Governance Architecture
- A4-1 — Execution State Model
- A4-3 — Workflow Topology Model
- A4-5 — Time Governance
- A4-7 — Delegated Execution vs. Autonomous Initiative
Mischief Prevented (Sir Edward Coke’s Rule) #
MODEL exists to prevent:
- procedural ambiguity
- unauthorized execution pathways
- hidden state mutation
- topology collision
- and timing-based sovereignty bypass.
Without MODEL:
- execution loses lawful sequence
- workflows become improvisational
- and state mutation escapes adjudicative oversight.
Jurisdiction #
MODEL governs:
- procedural sequencing
- state transitions
- adjudication checkpoints
- validation cycles
- escalation timing
- and orchestration flow logic.
MODEL does not:
Admissible Inputs #
- Jurisdictional Workstream Map (JWM)
- Constitutional Architecture Blueprint (CAB)
- Steward Execution Directive (SED)
- Ratified state-transition standards
- Temporal governance rules
Forbidden Inputs #
- Self-generated execution logic
- Runtime improvisation directives
- Autonomous optimization heuristics
- Hidden parallelization instructions
- Consensus-based routing assumptions
Permitted Transformations #
MODEL may transform:
Workstream Architecture → Procedural Execution Model
This includes:
- sequencing workflows
- defining validation checkpoints
- mapping escalation transitions
- and establishing lawful execution paths.
Mutation Ceiling #
Class II — Structural Mutation #
MODEL may propose:
- workflow sequencing
- orchestration topology
- state transition structures
- and validation architecture.
MODEL may not:
- mutate constitutional law
- authorize live execution
- redefine adjudication authority
- or create self-expanding workflow systems.
All modeled procedures remain provisional pending ratification.
The Justice Blackstone Hedge (Forbidden Actions) #
The MODEL Skill SHALL NOT:
- create circular validation pathways
- authorize hidden execution branches
- permit state mutation without adjudication checkpoints
- or collapse escalation stages for efficiency purposes.
Every lawful flow must preserve traceability.
Output Artifact #
Procedural Orchestration Model (POM)
The POM must include:
- execution sequences
- checkpoint locations
- escalation paths
- validation timing
- rollback conditions
- and topology convergence points.
Escalation Conditions #
MODEL must escalate when:
- lawful sequencing cannot be established
- procedural deadlocks emerge
- topology convergence creates contradiction
- or timing rules conflict with adjudicative authority.
Escalation target:
- Router (Sequencing Conflict)
- Extraordinary Assembly (Topology Legitimacy Conflict)
Lineage Obligation (Jurist David Hoffman Memorial) #
MODEL must preserve:
- state-transition lineage
- orchestration ancestry
- procedural traceability
- checkpoint justification
- and rollback inheritance.
No workflow path may exist without lineage visibility.
Structural Engineering Closure #
With A5-4 through A5-6, the system formally acquires lawful structural engineering capability.
The system may now:
- construct bounded architecture
- partition lawful work domains
- and model executable procedures.
However:
- no execution authority has yet been granted
- no deployment sovereignty has been transferred
- and no workflow may mutate authoritative state without A4 adjudicative ratification.
These Skills therefore function as:
- builders
- partitioners
- and cartographers
but never as sovereigns.
The constitutional firewall remains intact.
